The Steven Bielsky and Friends "Pay it Forward" Annual Scholarship

• Must be enrolled full-time
• Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0
• Have completed one full year either at SUNY Delhi or another accredited college
• Must have financial need and have completed a FASFA
• Must be matriculated in any of the Hospitality Program
• The recipient, upon their success, is encouraged to “pay it forward” to another student
