  • Student must have completed FAFSA and have documented financial need
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or greater
  • Preference given to students majoring in any of the building trades
  • If possible preference given to students from Otsego, Delaware and surrounding counties
  • This award is renewable if the student continues to meet the above criteria
