• Awarded to students enrolled in Electrical Construction Program
  – A GPA of 2.5 or better prior to enrolling in the PV Course
  – Recommendation of the ECMT Faculty
• For Students planning to enter the Electrical Construction Program
  – Evidence of PV interest and/or activity at the High School Level
  – Recommendation of a High School Teacher
• For Electrical Contractors Seeking Installer Certification
  -Two years work experience as an electrical contractor
